On my recent Art Show the MAG-C in Germany, I've got to meet Marcel and Markus, the founders of Bluthelden TCG and we were instantly on the same wavelength.
They asked me if I wanted to join the roster of artists, which already looks amazing and how could I deny that?
So with that said, I wanted to take the opportunity to not only announce my collaboration with them but to dust off and revive this blog for future announcements as well to make use of the google summary and SEO related perks that writing delivers. Since Social Media is literally dead, this effort forwards at least some value back to the creators and brands mentioned here.
Since the guys from Bluthelden have a Kickstarter going since a few days, they wanted to use some existing works from me and following you find the art that I contributed to the project:
As far as my collaboration with Bluthelden goes, we have planned to work together on some exclusive art in the future but that may take a while. Since this is a small startup I really appreciate the spirit and passion these guys put into their project which I think is really rare to find these days!
If you want to support an original project, a growing community and some worthwhile collector items, check out their Kickstarter which has some really interesting perks:
On another note:
As some of you know, I already did some Card Art for the known TCG Magic the Gathering, I had to revise my somewhat dated Blog Post about that announcement; especially because I did 3 new artworks for Wizards of the Coast since then. But I havn't worked on new art since last year and the 3 new cards may appear this year. So if you want to collect them and have them signed by me at an upcoming Art Show, keep your eyes open for some Universes Beyond cards related to Marvel ;)
I wanted to state that I am usually not available for commissions in case you read this article and think I would be a fit for your project. Right now I only do one card a year for Wizards (the only regular client I keep working for) and as far as projects with more limited funds go, it can take between 5 months or more than a year with my current workload which makes it nearly impossible to take on commissions and it is something I don't want to deal with regularly.
Upcoming Content
Keep your eyes peeled for some new content coming up on this blog in the next few weeks. I will update you on a new project I'm working on containing video and music along with some philosophical thought that you are used to discover on my blog but also new artworks and some process / behind the scenes updates that supporters on my patreon get delivered to their inbox more often than the general public notices.
